Supply Chain Assessment and Process Improvement
In light of increasing appreciation of the benefits of efficient supply chains, many companies are in the process of creating integrated global and regional supply chain organizations.
To assist our clients with this integration process, we have developed a SCOR inspired, straightforward assessment and supply chain improvement methodology based on the supply chain mega processes of: PLAN, BUY, MAKE, MOVE, STORE, and SELL. We augment this by also evaluating and improving key supply chain enablers including: strategy, people, organizational structure, technology, and performance management. Using this model framework, we:
- Perform end to end supply chain assessments of entire supply chains or a more focused assessment on a sub-set of our client's supply chains.
- Provide a current state view of the supply chain and identify gaps between current performance and methods to best practices.
- Identify the desired future state of the supply chain and develop a roadmap to migrate to the future state
