St. Onge Company’s Howard Turner, Norm Saenz, and Tom Bonkenburg were recently interviewed for the Logistics Review technology roundtable in Supply Chain Management Review. They discussed automation, warehouse management systems, AI, and other topics. Together they explained that the hard part of supply chain automation isn’t the technology itself but the operational groundwork around it — clean data, well-designed processes, and integration between systems.
