St. Onge has resources well versed in determining standard procedures and preparing work instructions for manufacturing operations. Our resources will study the operation, document and analyze, and prepare the unique instructions for operator use. These instructions have been compiled to create playbooks or manuals and have been used to start-up new operations. The resources will also prepare training matrices for operator tracking as well as provide the specific training on the instructions as needed. The normal elements of work include:
